Joseph Roy Trepania, 40 years of age, from Winnebago, WI has been arrested by Wisconsin
State Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the operator was identified as Joseph R. Trepania.
Trepania displayed a strong odor of intoxicants and several other indicators of intoxication.
Trepania was placed under arrest for OWI 6th offense and transported to the Sawyer County jail. Awarrant was obtained for an evidentiary blood draw and the blood draw was completed. Trepania was incarcerated for OWI 6th offense and operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license revocation.
“Pursuant to the direction of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicly, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.”
