Jeremie J Rowe, 40 years of age, from Gurney, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol Wausau Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.

 

On Tuesday, December 31, 2019, a Trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol Wausau Post attempted to stop a 2005 GMC Canyon on N River. Rd. southbound north of USH 2 in Iron County for an equipment violation. Initially the driver of the vehicle did not stop for the trooper but eventually came to a stop on Kimball Dr. west of N River. Rd. A subsequent investigation indicated the driver was operating while under the influence. The driver, a 40 year old male from Gurney, WI, was arrested for operating while under the influence 5th Offense. The driver also received citations for failure to obey officer sign or signal, failure to obey sign, and a was warned for a defective headlamp.
