BUSTED, 5TH DUI OFFENSE
Lance J Falter, 68 years of age, from Iron River has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
On November 24th, 2019 at approximately 9:42 am a Trooper with the Wisconsin State Patrol made
…a traffic stop for a defective brake and improperly attached registration decals. The driver was
identified as Lance Falter and showed signs of impairment. A subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests, showed Mr. Falter was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with this being his 5th offense. Mr. Falter submitted to an evidentiary test of his blood and was incarcerated at the Bayfield County Jail. He is being charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 5th offense.
